Meghan Markle joins Prince Harry at Major League Baseball game in London

 The Duchess of Sussex has joined her Duke husband at the stadium ahead of the MLB match betwen arch rivals Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees  Harry had been scheduled to attend the match – the first ever MLB game in Europe – by himself, as his Invictus Games Foundation is the game’s official charity partner  But Meghan has been pictured breaking away from maternity leave to join Harry and greet players of both teams who will take to the pitch for tonight’s historic clash  She and Harry were pictured in the dressing rooms of both teams, where the royal couple were showered with gifts for their newborn son Archie    The New York Yankees players handed an ecstatic Meghan a kit with Archie’s name on the back, while the Boston Red Sox also gave her a baby sized shirt  A grinning Harry was also given a mini baseball bat as he and Meghan revelled in one of their first joint public appearances since Archie’s birth  The London Stadium, home of Premier League side West Ham United, has been transformed into a 60,000-seater ballpark for the big match  It will promote Harry’s Invictus Games Foundation, which throws an Olympic-themed event every year for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women    Former Invictus competitors from both the USA and UK will take part as the ceremonial first pitch is thrown on the ball park tonight  Meghan was pictured stepping out at the stadium alongside Harry this afternoon, donning a stunning black dress as Britain baked in its hottest day of the year  Harry mirrored Meghan’s black outfit with jeans and an official Invictus Games t-shirt  MORE TO FOLLOW
