IKER CASILLAS has hinted at a stunning return to football after he posted the results of a scan from his latest training session just months after suffering a heart attack  The legendary Spanish goalkeeper was rushed to hospital following a health scare to undergo life-saving surgery back in May  The 38-year-old initially denied claims he would have to retire and soon took up a position with a backroom staff role at Porto  Casillas has now updated fans on his recovery by sharing a picture of his latest scan results from training showing that he covered 9,258 metres during a 42-minute session  The caption reads: “Everything is going slow, but that is the way it should be. Keeping calm and making progress little by little  “Every barrier has to be torn down. There are no obstacles. Your mind must be clean I do not want to be an example of anything.
