How to Spike a Volleyball Harder (SECRET TO HITTING A VOLLEYBALL WITH MORE POWER!)

spike a volleyball harder? In order to hit the ball really hard you need to rotate
the hips and shoulders as you hit the ball. Watch this video and you’ll

what to do to fix this problem. These techniques will help you become a much
stronger or more powerful hitter. These are the techniques the best hitters use to
hit the ball really hard and now it’s your turn. Number one, practice throwing
the ball and get a feel of what it’s like to turn the body. Do you see how the
hips and shoulders rotate as the ball is thrown? The body should rotate like this
when you are attempting to hit the ball really hard. Number two, turn the hips
first, then shoulders, the arm comes last. When someone isn’t able to hit the
ball very hard, it’s usually because they aren’t turning as they hit. Throwing a baseball and hitting golf
ball are examples of movements in sports that require rotational power. Number three, get open and turn in the
air. Spiking at the net is much different than serving a floater. When serving a floater, the movement is
mostly elbows to wrists. Typically there isn’t much rotation when float serving.
However, when spiking at the net, you want to open up and turn in the air. Number four, always start open. The key to
getting in the habit of turning when you hit is to always start in a position
with the hips and shoulders open. So don’t start with the shoulders square to
the net. You want to always start open and then turn into the ball. Now you know
exactly what you need to do to hit the ball with a lot of power, but what about the
