How to Play Cricket : How to Bat a Leg Glance in Cricket

Hi, this is Ash on behalf of expert village.
Today, we talk about cricket. In this clip, I’m going to learn you how to play a leg glance.
A leg glance is usually played on the back foot. This is a shot where once the ball comes,
the batsman transfer his weigh to the leg side and plays the shot through his legs.
Lets see how it actually looks like. So he pick a stance. When the ball comes and let
through the middle stem or leg stem, the batsman transfer his weight on the back leg so he
goes there, transfer his weight and then hit the shot glancing the ball toward the next
gate. Now lets see the shot in video time.

  1. you don't go backfoot on a full ball. play the glance off the front foot when it is full. backfoot is for pull, hook, cut shots and backfoot drive
