Hello! S & D! Today is a video explaining the basics of spikes. Let’s master three types of run-up! The basics of the spikes I will explain are right-handed.
* All left-handed items are reversed. Spike run has 1 step run, 2 step run, and 3 step run. Find a run that suits your body and position, and use them accordingly. [One step run] Jump with one step on the right ⇨ left with your left foot in front. Left ⇨ Right left Let’s practice! [1 step run] [Two-step run] Jump with two steps, left ⇨ right and left, with your right foot in front. Right ⇨ Left ⇨ Right left Let’s practice! [Two-step approach] [3-step run] Jump with 3 steps of right ⇨ left ⇨ right left with the left foot in front. Left ⇨ Right ⇨ Left ⇨ Right Left Let’s practice! [3-step approach] Important point of the run!
The last two steps are the same for any run-up! Every run-up is the same, with your left foot stepping into the ground from your heel. Put your knees in front of your feet and step on your right foot from your heel. Step on the last left foot from the arch to the toes. You can prevent jumping forward and jump up by pointing your foot slightly inward. Heels ⇨ Heels ⇨ Stop. Let’s master how to swing two types of arms! There are two ways to swing the arm: a swing that swings compactly by bending the elbow, and a swing that swings greatly by extending the elbow. The timing of waving your arm swings back just before you step on your right foot from your left foot, Finally, depress the right and left and bend the knee. Let’s practice while being aware of the current point! I will explain using the two-step approach as an example. [Bend the elbow] [Stretch the elbow] At first, I think that it is difficult to link the run and the swing, so you can practice separately with the swing of the arm and the run of the foot! Let’s use the swing of the arm and the run-up of the foot depending on the situation of toss 1 That’s all for today’s video! Thank you for your viewing! There is also a business trip volleyball class, so please see the summary column for more details! [Review] (1) Use the three types of run-ups (2) Be aware of the steps in the run-up (3) Use the two types of swings (4) Link the run-up with the swings Please subscribe!
